This project focuses on the life of Marcus Tomford, a young man who for most his life has been under possession of a daemon known only by the nickname "Matt". Through a single deal made between them their destinies have become intertwined, catapulting Marcus headfirst into a supernatural world beyond even his wildest imagination. Along the way he'll make many friends and many more deadly enemies, and though some friends may die and others may betray, and though daemons will hunt him mercilessly through both night and day... through thick and thin, possible and impossible...
...at least he'll always have Matt.

Reality and dream... fact and fiction... For most the line between these polarities is as clear as day, but for some the line is so thin and blurry that it starkly exists at all. For a boy named Marcus Tomford, this has been his life since as far back as he could remember: constantly fighting the darkness that threatens to tear reality from him, threatening to take away everything tangible he could ever say he knew. For years this struggle was an uphill battle, but all at once that darkness descends. When the border between nightmare and reality fades into a stark gradient, who is to say that dreams are not true reality, and true reality is simply a dream? It is then that Marcus has no other choice but to descend deeper into the darkness, to finally tear these worlds apart once and for all.

To an immortal being, life and death are as insignificant as the beat of a butterfly's wings.
